Nautical and Red

I love any stripe design that resembles nautical. This dress looks great with a pair of red shoes such as these. I have had my eye on these shoes for quite some time, and when I saw this dress, I knew this would make a great look. This dress, which is on the shorter side, looks great on taller girls too. I realized that when I saw how tall Taylor Swift is, and she wears these types of dresses all the time. I love this dress with a pair of basic red flats as well. I also see this dress looking great with a red purse to top off the look.

A Few More Favorites In Dresses

Each time Anthro comes out with new dresses, I always like to choose my favorites, and these three make the top of my list in the "new arrivals." I love the white shirtdress with this adorable belt around it. It adds a pop of color to the seemingly white dress. Shirtdresses are one of my favorite types of dresses because they just never seem to go out of style. A true classic. The high low dress has an arrangement of interesting colors and patterns. I can see this dress looking great with a shrug over it and a pair of flats. The last dress has a unique drape at the hemline. I love the color, and the feminine design of this dress. This dress could easily be dressed up or down.

Love this Look

This dress has so much potential. I love it belted with a pair of shoes like this. The look is flattering and unique with an added kick. This dress is also sexy, revealing a little leg, and works well even with leggings.

Going Back In Time

This dress and purse reminds me of what my grandma wore as a young lady back in the 50's. I love this dress paired with a shoe like this, or a small wedge shoe. I think this dress is a classic that could stand the test of time.

of this time of year. I love the look of this classic looking dress with a pair of flats and a straw hat. This dress is gathered so well, and the short skirt is just a little full. I love how the waist is emphasized with this dress as well, especially with belt.

Great Concept, Outrageous Price

I agree that this dress is certainly a "dream dress." It is one to definately consider at the 3rd or 4th cut. I do love the concept of this dress, as seen on the model, worn with a belt such as this. The vibrant colors are rich and "wow" and I think would stand out in any crowd. On looking at the quality of this fabric, it is definately not bad, and the uniqueness of the blends and textures of dye, make it special.

Great Crops

Upon returning from my fabulous vacation, I noticed my new Anthro catalog on my table and of course I had to stop doing everything I was doing just so I could sit down, drink a cup of hot tea, and look at my anthro catalog. How cozy!!! When I saw these citizens of humanity crops on model, I loved them. I have been thinking of a pair of pants like this for some time. I love how they are cropped and fitted at waist. It's almost like the 70's look, but in crops, which I like. I love crops more then long jeans, and find myself rolling all jeans up when I wear them. I love this top paired with these crops for several reasons. I love how you can emphasize the waistline with the tie which really elongates the figure. Great look overall, and I think I will keep an eye out for these pants come sale.
