I love color, so when I saw this absolutely adorable little dress, I had to stop and pause at it's beauty. It's not the particular design alone that pops, but rather the different colors combined with the design of this dress. I love that it has sleeves too. I own most sleeveless dresses that I layer with cardigans, which is my style, but sometimes, it's just nice to have sleeves on a dress when it's really hot outside and you don't want to layer the dress.
I can envision this dress being an everyday casuel dress or more formal. It has a lot of versatillity that makes it appropriate for even work. The colors of this dress would also compliment any skin tone, looking good on everyone.
