I love this outfit for the spring/summer. I would personally wear this outfit with a cardigan over the tank. I love the floral design of this skirt and how the arrangement screams spring. I would wear this outfit with tank tucked into skirt, and then wear the belt around the skirt's waistband. I decided to pair this skirt with the most neutral color top I could find. I like this skirt paired with a very subtle color so the focus of the eye goes straight to the skirt's elaborate color design. Because the skirt is busy, I think pairing it with a solid color is best, imo. I love the shoes and the casual look of them.
